Shipping & returns

Ordering & Delivery
We accept orders from almost all countries worldwide; we only deliver to countries within the European Union.

Delivery Time
Your order will be processed immediately once we have received payment. You will receive an email notification as soon as the order is shipped. The package will be delivered to your home or an alternative address within 7 working days. If a product is out of stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer, we will contact you. GLS or PostNL handle the delivery of packages for us.

Not at Home
Are you not at home at the time of delivery via GLS? No problem. The delivery driver will first attempt to leave your package with your neighbors. You will receive a ‘not at home’ notice regarding this in your mailbox or via email, stating the house number where your package was delivered. Please also check your spam folder. Was it not possible to deliver the package to the neighbors? Then it will be taken to the nearest GLS parcel point. You then have 7 to sometimes 14 days to pick up the package there. If you are unable to pick up the package within this period, it will be automatically returned to our store. If you still wish to receive the package afterwards, we will gladly send it to you again. In that case, the shipping costs for this new shipment will be at your own expense.

Shipping Costs
For orders within the Netherlands and Germany, with the exception of the Caribbean Netherlands, we apply a fixed rate of € 7.95 including VAT. For orders of € 45 or more including VAT within the Netherlands and Germany, no shipping costs will be charged.

For consumers from countries other than the Netherlands, the contribution to shipping costs depends on the country. The Miffy store reserves the right to adjust this amount to the most current rates for these services by GLS, PostNL, or an equivalent parcel service provider. Returns
Naturally, it is possible to return items purchased at the Miffy store, for example if they have already been given as a gift, etc. When returning or exchanging an item, the shipping costs for sending the item back are at the customer's expense.

You must meet the following conditions:
- You cannot return online orders in our physical stores.
- You must always notify us of an exchange or return by email; you will then receive a return form which must be completed and sent along with the item.
- You can only exchange and return items purchased at the Miffy store.
- The item must be returned undamaged, unworn, with the attached price tag, and in sturdy packaging.
- Items that have been custom-made for you cannot be returned.
- The costs and shipping risk of the return are at the buyer's expense. - Once your order has been delivered, you have 14 days to cancel the order and then another 14 days to exchange or return the items. After this period, the purchase can no longer be cancelled and becomes final.
- If you have picked up your order at one of our stores, you have 14 days to cancel the order and then another 14 days to exchange or return the items. After this period, the purchase can no longer be cancelled and becomes final.
- If the entire order is returned, the paid shipping costs (see invoice) will also be refunded.
- Unstamped shipments will not be accepted by the Miffy store, regardless of the reason for the return.
