Shipping & returns

Order and Delivery
We accept orders from almost all countries in the world, but at this moment we only deliver to countries within the european union.

Delivery time
Your order will be processed immediately as soon as we have received the payment. You will receive an email as soon as the order is shipped. The package will be delivered to your home within 2-7 working days, or to an alternative address. If a product is not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer, we will contact you.

GLS and PostNL take care of the delivery of the packages for us.

Not at home
In case of parcel dispatch via GLS:
If you are not at home, we will try to deliver the parcel to your neighbours. You will then receive a "not at home message" in your letterbox, with the house number of the neighbors where your package was delivered. If you have not been able to deliver the package to the neighbors, you will also receive a "not at home message" in your letterbox, with a telephone number that you can call. During this meeting it will be agreed with you how you would like the 2nd offer. This can be a delivery to a different delivery address (for example your work address) or delivery to a location near you, where you can then pick up your package yourself. There is no charge for this extra offer.

Shipping costs
For orders within the Netherlands, with the exception of the Caribbean Netherlands, we use a fixed rate of € 6.95 including VAT. With an order from € 35,- including VAT, no shipping costs will be charged.
For consumers from countries other than the Netherlands, the contribution to the shipping costs depends on the country. Miffy's shop reserves the right to conform this amount to the most current rates for these services by GLS, Post NL or an equivalent provider of parcel services.

Returns
Of course it is possible to return items purchased at de winkel van nijntje, for example if it has already been given as a gift, etc. When returning or exchanging, the shipping costs for returning the item are for the account of the customer.

You must meet the following conditions;
- You must always notify us of an exchange or return by email, you will then receive a returnform which must be completed and sent with the item.
- You can only exchange and return items that have been purchased at Miffy's store.
- The item must be returned undamaged, unworn, with attached item tag and in proper packaging.
- Items that are custom made for you cannot be returned.
- The costs and shipping risk of returning are for the account of the buyer.
- Once your order has been delivered, you have 14 days to cancel the order and then another 14 days to exchange or return the items. After this period, the sale can no longer be dissolved and becomes final.
- If you have collected your order in one of our stores, you have 14 days to cancel the order and then another 14 days to exchange or return the items. After this period, the sale can no longer be dissolved and becomes final.
- If the entire order is returned, the paid shipping costs (see invoice) will also be refunded.
- You cannot return online orders in our stores.
- Unstamped shipments are not accepted by de winkel van nijntje, regardless of the reason for the return.
