Mölkky is an original Finnish outdoor game that revolves around precision, strategy, and fun. It is played with 12 numbered wooden pins and a throwing stick. Players try to score exactly 50 points by knocking down pins. The game is accessible, quick to learn, and suitable for young and old.

GAME RULES
Mölkky is played with a minimum of two players or teams. At the start of the game, the wooden pins are placed in a fixed formation on an open playing field. Each player takes turns throwing the Mölkky throwing stick:

1. Is one pin knocked down? Then the number of points is equal to the number on that pin.

2. Are multiple pins knocked down? Then the number of knocked-down pins counts as the number of points.

3. After each turn, the pins are placed back exactly where they fell.

4. The goal is to reach exactly 50 points. Do you go over 50? Then you drop back to 25 points.
5. Whoever reaches exactly 50 points first wins the game.
6. If a player does not knock over any pins for three consecutive turns, that player is out of the game.

HISTORY OF MÖLKKY
Mölkky was developed in Finland in 1996, inspired by the traditional Karelian toss game Kyykkä. The simplicity of the game combined with tactical possibilities led to rapid spread both domestically and internationally.
